No jargon

The work gets done.
You just approve.

We bring digital workers into your company that take over the repetitive work — email, quotes, reports, paperwork — and do it for you.

01 / Three questions first

What it is and how it works.

What is an AI agent?

A program that works on its own, instead of you using it. Example: it watches your email all day. When a message arrives it reads it, decides what to do (reply, forward, build a quote) and does it. It contacts you only when it isn't sure or when your sign-off is needed. You don't open it and you don't type anything into it.

How does it know when your decision is needed?

Because we tell it. At the start we set the rules together with you: which emails it may answer on its own, which quotes go to you for approval, who it never writes to by itself. Anything not covered by a rule goes to you. You can change the rules whenever you want.

How does it communicate with you?

By email, like any colleague. When it has done something or needs your decision, it sends you an email: what came in, what it did, what it proposes. You reply "ok" or write a correction, and that is all. If you prefer, it can also write to the app you already use, e.g. WhatsApp, Teams and the like.

02 / Sound familiar?

The jobs nobody wants to do.

  • Every morning you spend half an hour sorting email before you start doing anything useful.
  • A quote for a client waits two days because someone has to build it from the price list by hand.
  • The same data gets copied from email into a spreadsheet, from the spreadsheet into a program, from the program into a report.
  • Deadlines for contracts, certificates and safety training are kept in your head, so they are easily forgotten.
  • An inquiry from the website arrives on Friday evening and nobody sees it until Monday.
  • A new employee spends weeks asking where things are, because the company's system lives in people's heads.
  • At the end of the month you get reports that are usually already out of date.

An agent can do all of this. We start with one job, the one that takes most of your time. The rest come once the first one works.

03 / What people think

Three myths.

They think

„We'll get some program we have to learn."

Actually

No new program and nothing to learn. The agent works in the tools you already use: your email, your documents, your spreadsheets. The result shows up where it always did: the reply in your inbox, the quote with the client, the finished document in its folder.

They think

„AI is a chatbot that answers questions."

Actually

A chatbot, like ChatGPT, only works when you ask it something: you type a question, it answers, and that's it. An agent doesn't wait for a question. It watches what happens, in your email for example, and does the job itself: reads the message, sorts it, drafts the reply. It calls on you only when your decision is needed.

They think

„We need an IT department to maintain it."

Actually

We set it up, watch it and fix it. Your part: say what bothers you and approve what the agent proposes.

04 / One day

What it looks like in practice.

An illustration of a typical day, not a promise. Your day depends on your business.

  1. 07:30

    40 emails came in.

The agent has read them. Routine questions answered by your rules, quote requests drafted, and three things flagged: "needs your decision".

  2. 08:15

    You open your inbox.

You see three things, not forty. Approve two drafts, correct one. Ten minutes.

  3. 11:00

A client asks for a quote.

The agent builds a draft from your price list and past quotes. You review it and click "send".

  4. 16:45

    The weekly report has arrived.

A report is waiting in your inbox: how many inquiries came in, how many quotes went out, what is still open. The agent put it together from your emails and spreadsheets. Nobody copied anything by hand.

05 / When you contact us

Four steps.

  1. A conversation

Half an hour, free. You tell us what annoys you every day. No preparation.

  2. We watch how you work today

Who does what, in what order, where it gets stuck. From that, together with you, we write the rules the agent will follow.

  3. The agent works, you supervise

For the first weeks the agent proposes and you approve. Once you trust it, you let it go.

  4. The next job

When one disappears from your desk, we take the next.

06 / In short

What you get. What you don't.

You get
  • Work that is done, by your rules.
  • A message only when your decision is needed.
  • The final say. The agent doesn't send quotes or sign anything without your approval.
  • Nothing to install. It works inside the tools you already use: your email, your documents.
  • One contact for everything. We set up, maintain and fix.
  • A record of everything the agent did, always available.
You don't get
  • A new program, login or dashboard you have to watch.
  • A chatbot on your website.
  • A promise of "10x faster overnight".
  • An obligation to change your whole company at once.

Tell us what annoys you.

One job, one conversation, no strings attached.
