You pay for an agent monthly and only once it works, and the price follows the time it saves you. Consulting is billed as a flat fee, by the hour or as a one-off assessment.

In larger companies, where it is not clear where to start, we map processes first. If you go ahead with an agent, the assessment is free. If you take only the assessment, you pay for it as consulting.

Agent in operation
You pay for an agent only after it has run for two weeks by the rules we set together, then monthly. The price is roughly 30% of the savings: if the agent saves 100 hours a month, you pay for 30 hours at the gross hourly rate.

How much does an AI agent cost?
A small agent is €500, a medium one €1,000 and a large one €1,500 a month. The size depends on how much work the agent takes on. The price follows the savings: roughly 30% of the hours the agent saves, at the gross hourly rate. We agree the exact figure for each agent before work begins.
When do I start paying for an agent?
Once it works. You pay for an agent only after it has run for two weeks by the rules we set together, and monthly after that. If it does not pass that mark, you do not pay for it.
Do I have to pay for an assessment first?
No. We do assessments in larger companies, when it is not clear where to start. If you go ahead with an agent afterwards, the assessment is free. You pay for it only if you take the assessment without an agent.
Is there a cheaper way to try working together first?
Yes, a single consultation is €120 an hour, with no package and no obligation to continue.
What if after the assessment we conclude we do not need AI yet?
If the assessment does not produce a list of at least three processes worth automating, you do not pay for it, unconditionally and with no explanation needed.
Do you invoice the ongoing lead separately from the agents?
Yes, it is a separate monthly package (€1,200 – €2,900) for companies that want an outside AI lead once the system is in place. You cancel whenever you want, and the notice runs to the end of the current month.
