AI consulting for companies
AI consulting you
pay for only if it helps you.
I review how you work today, show where you lose time and what is worth automating, and give a price and a deadline for each step. If that review is not useful to you, you do not pay for it.

Where AI helps, and where it does not pay off.
Before a big strategy it is usually more useful to solve a few concrete jobs that take the most time each week. In practice I find them in these places.
- Email and inquiries sorted by hand every morning.
- Quotes someone assembles from a price list and past quotes.
- The same data copied from email to spreadsheet to software.
- Paperwork and deadlines tracked in someone's head or in Excel.
- Reports built by hand that are stale by the end of the week.
- Knowledge about the work that exists only in employees' heads, so a new colleague spends weeks asking where things are.
- A process even you cannot describe. It needs sorting out first.
- Data that does not exist or is scattered across paper.
- Work done twice a year. The saving will not cover the build.
- Decisions that carry legal or client accountability.
If the first call shows you do not need AI, I will tell you so. It is free and takes half an hour.
The assessment: when it is not clear where to start.
We do the assessment in larger companies, where it is not obvious which process to automate first. Two to three weeks. I talk to the people who do the work, watch how information really flows, and measure how long things take. At the end you get a document, not a slide deck.
- A map of your processes as they actually run, not as the procedure says.
- A list of opportunities, each with the hours spent and the hours saved.
- A priority order: what first, what second, what never.
- A price and a deadline for each step, so you can decide without another meeting.
- A review of the tools you already pay for, with a list of what to switch off.
- A 90-minute workshop for your team so they know how to work with an agent.
The plan stays yours even if we never speak again. You can hand it to anyone else to execute.
The workshop in the assessment covers working with the agent we set up. If your people need broader training on daily work with AI tools — what to delegate, how to ask, how to check the result and what may be entered — that programme is run by Anparo Training Centre (in Croatian). The risk is on my side.
I started with AI projects recently and do not have public client references yet. That is why I take on the risk of the first engagement.
Assessment with no charge if it is not useful
If after the assessment you do not have a list of at least three processes worth automating, each with hours, a deadline and a price, you pay nothing. No explanation required.
Agent: you pay once it works
You pay for an agent after it has run for two weeks by your rules. If it does not pass that mark, you do not pay for it. I do not charge for the attempt.
Monthly: cancel whenever
No minimum term. Cancel when you want and it runs to the end of the month. You stay because it pays, not because you signed.
I can promise this because the first step is small and the work is measurable. If I do not save you hours, it shows immediately and there is nothing to argue about.
Four steps, always the same.

Half an hour, free. You tell me what annoys you daily. No preparation, no slides.

Two to three weeks. I watch how you work today and measure where the time goes.

Who runs the consulting
Petar Kaić
Founder of DigitalBees · AI consultant
For sixteen years I have run Anparo, an occupational safety company. That work is made of processes, documentation, deadlines and regulation, which is exactly what gets automated today. I am also the director of SEC Anparo, an adult education institution.
I have been an IT enthusiast all my life. In my own companies I led software development, commissioned it and paid for it, so I know where IT projects break and why. I understand sales, marketing, processes, systems and ISO, because I had to in order to keep the companies running.
I am not a developer and I consider that an advantage in this work. I do not offer you technology I happen to like; I first establish where you lose the most time, and we pick the tool from there. Agents and my team write the code.

Ranges apply to small and mid-sized companies in Croatia. We agree the exact figure before you sign the contract.

Frequently asked questions.
What does AI consulting actually cost?
The assessment is €1,500 to €3,500 depending on company size and how many processes are in scope. Strategy and plan run €3,500 to €8,000. Ongoing lead is €1,200 to €2,900 a month. If you go ahead with an agent after the assessment, the assessment is free. You get the exact figure on the first call, before you sign anything.
What if I do not like the assessment?
You do not pay for it. Unconditionally, no explanation needed. If you do not have a list of at least three processes worth automating, with hours, a deadline and a price, no invoice arrives.
Do we then have to build with you?
No. The plan you get is yours and you can hand it to anyone. If you want us to build it, we have the team and the prices are in the plan.
Can you work with our IT team?
Yes, and that works best. They know your systems and I bring experience in applying AI. We do not take over their work; we help them apply AI to what they already do.
How long before we see something?
The assessment takes two to three weeks. The first agent usually runs within a month of the decision. I do not promise numbers before I have seen your processes.
Is our data safe?
We deploy locally or in the cloud depending on your requirements, with access control from day one. Where data is stored and processed is agreed before work begins.
Why you and not a larger consultancy?
I work with you directly and answer for the result personally, backed by sixteen years of running my own companies. The first step carries a money-back guarantee. For large transformation programmes with dozens of people I am not the right choice, and I will tell you so.
Tell me what takes up most of your time.
The call takes half an hour and commits you to nothing. If I conclude you do not need AI yet, I will tell you that too.
