Indicative pricing.

You pay for an agent monthly and only once it works, and the price follows the time it saves you. In larger companies we map processes first, and that is free if you go ahead with an agent.

03 / Questions

Before you begin.

01What counts as business process automation?

Any repetitive task that a system can complete under clear rules: sorting email, preparing documents, moving data between tools, tracking deadlines or producing reports.

02Do we need to replace the tools we already use?

Usually not. We connect agents to your current email, documents, databases and business applications. We introduce a new tool only when the existing one cannot support the process safely.

03How long does the first step take?

When the work is clearly defined, the first agent usually runs within a month of your decision. In larger companies we first do an assessment, which takes two to three weeks and ends with a list of processes worth automating.

04How much does AI automation cost?

An agent costs €500 to €1,500 a month, depending on how much work it takes on, and you pay only once it works. The price is roughly 30% of the savings: if the agent saves 100 hours a month, you pay for 30 hours at the gross hourly rate. The introductory call is free, and a consultation is €120 per hour.

05How do we stay in control of the agent?

Together we decide which actions the agent may complete independently and which require human approval. The system records its work, so decisions and results can be reviewed.

Initial assessment

Which task takes the most time every week?

Describe one repetitive task. In the introductory call, we will assess whether automation makes sense and identify the smallest useful first step.
